Dr. R. Prakash Kolli
CEO/Co-Founder
Dr. R. Prakash Kolli, Ph.D., P.E., is an entrepreneur in life and materials science technologies. He is the CEO and co-founder of 3D OrthoBiologic Solutions, which is developing and commercializing 3-D printed bone graft scaffolds for surgery and 3-D cell culture technologies. They aim to revolutionize the treatment of bone defects and diseases. He is also the Founder of Blue Point Materials Research, which developed and patented an anti-bacterial stainless steel. Dr. Kolli has completed the NIH Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, MassChallenge, and the Lighthouse Labs Accelerator. He received his Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Northwestern University, a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has also been a licensed professional engineer.
Dr. Ben Holmes
Technical Advisor/Co-Founder
Dr. Ben Holmes, Ph.D., is an entrepreneur, executive, and technology developer in the medical device space. He is the CEO and Founder of Nanochon, an orthopedic implant company commercializing a 3D printed implant for treating sports injuries in the knee. Dr. Holmes is also the Chief Technology Officer of SonoStik LLC, a commercial-stage medical device company. Dr. Holmes's research background is in biomaterials, 3D printing, and tissue engineering. He participated in the National Science Foundation's I-corps program and the Johnson & Johnson JLABS incubator.
Jordan R. Givens
Director of Engineering
Jordan R. Givens holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in Signals and Systems from George Mason University, as well as a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia. His academic background includes collaborations with Children's National Hospital and the University of Virginia Hospital Orthopedics Division to create novel devices. He is currently the Director of Engineering at 3D OrthoBiologic Solutions (3DOS). In this role, he contributes to designing 3D-printed implants for oral surgery and does preliminary research on materials and procedures. He selects, assigns, and oversees department activities and projects per the company's aims and objectives.
Jeff Eardley
Director of Growth
Jeff Eardley is a 20-year veteran of the Healthcare and Medtech industries who is passionate about building commercial models that are customer-centric. After 14 years at Stryker in sales and marketing leadership, he pursued an entrepreneurial opportunity at respiratory consumable manufacturer AirLife (formerly SunMed). Jeff led sales integrations and commercial strategies focused from ASC to Health Systems that grew business revenue 3.5 times in 3 years prior to a successful exit. He has spent the last 3 years in the Digital Health space commercializing SAAS at the Health System C-Suite and GPO levels. This experience has given him vast exposure in leading cross disciplinary teams in commercial execution, scale ups, payor and provider models, MEDDIC qualification, and Venture/PE backed organizations.

Kimiya Farzinfar
Biomedical Engineer
Kimiya Farzinfar is completing her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Pre-Health at George Mason University through the accelerated master's program. Her academic focus includes research in 3D printing, design, and biomedical innovation, including projects developing patient-specific medical devices. She has interned with the U.S. Department of State and Apple, gaining experience in engineering design, quality assurance, and technology integration. At 3D OrthoBiologic Solutions (3DOS), Kimiya contributes to the design and development of advanced biomedical components supporting ongoing research efforts in regenerative and reconstructive medicine.

Gary Grenter has over thirty-five years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and general management, including President, CEO, and Board Member positions, primarily focusing on early-stage high-growth opportunities. As the Founder of Alpha-Flow Management Consulting, he provides expertise in LEAN Startups and LEAN Operations to startups, early-stage, and mid-sized companies. His services include strategic planning, product launch planning, and operations workflow, focusing on LEAN. He was the CEO, Co-founder, and Board Member of Theragen Inc. He earned his M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dr. Iyad Saidi

Dr. Iyad Saidi, M.D., Ph.D., is a physician inventor and serial entrepreneur who has developed several medical devices that have been commercialized. He maintains an active clinical practice in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Saidi has a passion for medical device Innovation and has experienced the various stages of a device development lifecycle. He was the founder of Spirox and inventor of the Latera device for nasal valve repair. Dr. Saidi is the inventor and founder of CorIT, LLC, which is developing a device for better turbinate reduction procedures. He has a unique perspective on device development challenges and opportunities.
Dr. Jeremy Krell

Dr. Jeremy Krell, D.D.S., MBA, is a general dentist with a 20+ year proven track record with startups. He is the Managing Partner of Revere Partners, the first independent Venture Capital fund focused on oral health. He built out the Barchester Bay Group, a portfolio consisting of over 40 ventures. Dr. Krell has held key operator roles, including Head of Marketing at Simplifeye and Chief Marketing Officer of Verena Solutions. He oversaw provider and clinical growth initiatives at quip, the oral health and subscription electric toothbrush company, and strategic provider innovation and development at Oscar Health which had an IPO in 2021. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Advisors at the Highpoint University Workman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Leslie Barnes Remski
Medical Advisor
Dr. Leslie Barnes Remski, MD, FAAOS is a fellowship-trained, Board-certified, practicing orthopedic trauma surgeon, specializing in complex fracture fixation of the extremities and pelvis. Dr. Barnes Remski is affiliated with the Andrews Institute for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and Baptist Health Care hospitals in Pensacola and Gulf Breeze Florida, where she also serves as the medical director for the Orthopaedic Trauma Service for these institutions. Dr. Barnes Remski has applied her over 15 years of experience with orthopaedic implants to her previous collaboration with Dr. Kolli as a medical advisor for Bluepoint Materials Research, before joining the team of 3DOS.
Dr. Srinivasa R. Chandra

Dr. Srinivasa Rama Chandra, M.D. is an expert in craniofacial reconstruction, trauma, and head and neck oncology. His practice niche is in vascular lesion management. He is currently an Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Oregon Health & Science University. He has held teaching positions on three continents. He is certified by the American and international specialty boards in head and oncology and microvascular reconstruction. He is a member of the AOCMF and ATLS faculty.
Dr. Liviu F. Eftimie

Dr. Liviu F. Eftimie, D.D.S, M.S., has over 25 years of experience working in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is currently affiliated with Loma Linda University Medical Center and Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. Dr. Eftimie is an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University. He created an extensive oral surgery lecture series featuring thirty lectures, including lectures about dental implants, oral pathology, and bone grafting. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Robert Nadeau

Dr. Robert Nadeau, D.D.S., M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Minnesota and the Director of its Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic. He previously served as the Director of Resident Education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and Truman Medical Center Graduate Training Program. Dr. Nadeau is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Stone Thayer

Dr. Stone Thayer, M.D., has extensive training in local, regional, and microvascular reconstruction of primary and secondary anatomical defects. His research includes correction of jaw and facial deformities, trauma, and reconstruction of craniofacial defects. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in San Diego and serves as the Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Sharp Memorial Hospital. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UCSD Medical Center, Division of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Thayer is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, American Medical Association, and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
